House redesign

Langenakker 129 is a large three-story family home built in 1977. The challenge is to redesign the ground floor into an independent living space, while preserving the owner’s home bakery business. The design should combine comfortable single-story living, efficient workspaces, flexibility for future changes and the possibility for multi-generational use.
